Well, if you are not well versed in object oriented programming, I
don't think you will be able to pick it up from the Apple documentation
(just my opinion). In that case, I would suggest getting the book
"Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X" by Aaron Hillegass (now in 2nd
edition).
