Hi there Phil,

Check out the documentation for NSTableDataSource protocol at http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Reference/ApplicationKit/ObjC_classic/Protocols/NSTableDataSource.html

As April said, you'll need to implement –tableView:setObjectValue:forTableColumn:row: method for the table to accept inputted data.
