Dependency Analysis, unexpanded file references errors

I am getting a "Dependency analysis" error when I try to build a very simple project with Xcode 1.5. What is going on? Can anyone give me a clue so I know what I am doing wrong. The actual code seems to be irrelevant. Once this thing starts, I can open a brand new project and do nothing but build it and still these same six errors.
Dependency analysis:auxiliary file path '/Users/programmer/Desktop/NewApplication/build/Main Window.build/PkgInfo' has unexpanded file references
Dependency analysis:auxiliary file path (These words substituted for the file path similar to above) has unexpanded files references.
These are the first two of the six. The common factors are that they are all "Dependency analysis:auxiliary file pat" errors with an explicit file path listed, and ends with "has unexpanded file references."
Any help would be great appreciated. _______________________________________________
