Yes. It will become "This Is A Very Very Long Na#103bc3.txt". (The part
between the # and the . is generated by the OS)
* will be such FSSpec work with the OLD-API FSxxx methods correctly?

I don't know exactly how it works internally but both FSSpec and FSRef
APIs are quite functional. The FSSpec APIs just cannot represent
Unicode or long filenames properly, and lack support for a few other
cool features.
