You could use Wei Dai's open-source Crypto++ library at:
http://www.eskimo.com/~weidai/cryptlib.html
Of course, you'd have to be open to using C++ with Objective-C. I don't
know of a pure Objective-C library for cryptography that's free, but I
would be most interested if someone else could offer a suggestion!
