I can see that's certainly an issue. However, it seems like it would be
very easy to either mark a whole bug as confidential, or arbitrary
sections of it.
It would be very difficult to coordinate this unless it was an
"opt-in" system.
I don't really see where the difficulty is, could you elaborate?
Even still, I think Apple has a vested PR interest in keeping the lid
closed on this sort of thing.
:) I'd counter that with the advantageous PR and good will of having a
thriving developer community and being open to scrutiny.
