I don't get the feeling that you've verified a single one of the things that I suggested? I could be wrong of course...


OK, another set of suggestions:

1) Verify that the image is inside the MyApp.app/Contents/Resources folder of your compiled application
2) Show us the source code for how you refer to the image in your application
