NSURLDownload Example with Progress Indicator

Does anyone have an exmaple XCode project that:
-has a button (download)
-when clicked, a file is downloaded to Desktop (http://server.com/file.dmg)
-while downloading a progress indicator shows the status of the
download (percentage complete)
If someone could send me a sample project if they have one that can do
this, please do.
