RTFD binary format internals

Hi,

I need to develop a program on Windows platform that must be able to read and write(!) binary RTFD files, produced by NSTextView RTFDFromRange method.
I already have an RTF text parser with NeXTStep extensions support, but I don't know the actual RTFD format. It seems consists of a header with the names of "internal" files, sizes and offsets of these files in RTFD, some other unknown data and again filenames at the end of RTFD file.

Can somebody help me with docs about exact RTFD format description? I haven't find anything on developer.apple.com, in GNUStep sources and Google/Google Groups
