Including a library rather than a framework

Ok. I have a library that I wrote. I want to make it part of my program.
However I do not know how to make it a part of the project. Do I just use
Add existing framework? and then use it' header file then do a copy phase
like I would a framework? Or is there a special proceedure I need to
follow?
