Sorry Malcom but this is required on my part.

It has been pointed out that Tim is due an apology on this matter of publicly posting his offlist message and after a moments deliberation, despite my error of posting his offlist message publicly I have concluded, my error does not excuse my behavior therefore the only option I have is this.

Tim, I publicly apologize for posting your offlist message to a public forum, this should not have occured.

To the list and moderator, I also apologize for posting his offlist message and can assure you it wont be occurring again.
