I would say that you cannot count on being able to read " a book " to
master Obj-C.  You are going to need to read probably about 3 books
before you get the hang of it.

I recommend Kochan's Objective-C book first

I then recommend Duncan's book which will teach you the tools and get
you making progress

I then recommend Hillegass' book

After that (if you need more instructions) go for Garfinkel's address.
