Problem with custom toolbar items on 10.2

  • Subject: Problem with custom toolbar items on 10.2

I have a couple of custom toolbar items (1 with a popup button, the other with a slider) that work fine on 10.3, but not on 10.2. On 10.2, sometimes the label shows up, but not the contents.

I set the views up in IB by dragging a CustomView into my nib window and then putting the popup button / slider into that view. In -toolbar:itemForItemIdentifier:willBeInsertedIntoToolbar:, I send the -setView: message to the new toolbar item, passing the CustomView that was set up above.

Am I missing some crucial step? Has anyone seen this type of problem? Any info would be most helpful.

Thanks,
Glen Simmons
