Has anyone been able to determine if Doxygen or HeaderDoc is the preferred means of documenting code? Since the original post that Doxygen was available for the Mac - which was almost 11 months ago exactly - I've heard nothing else.

Well, I've used Doxygen a little in recent times. Fits much better with my coding style, because I prefer to do my function docs near the implementation. Works fine with Cocoa, AFAIR.
