Thanks for the link. PlistEdit Pro looks nice indeed.

However, what I really would like is to have a real editor for the "atomic values" themselves (e.g. strings) in additional to the plist structure itself (e.g. arrays, dictionaries, etc). In the case of PlistEdit, I would like to use the large text area at the bottom of its window to edit a node value, namely strings. Unfortunately, PlistEdit doesn't seem to behave that way.

Ideas?
