TextView in 2 parts?
TextView in 2 parts?

Is it possible to have one textview with 2 sections, one that doesn't
move or need the scrollbar and the other section move and fill up to
use the scroll bar? The first part should always be visible while the
2nd part moves around. :-)
I am asking to see if I can avoid using two seperate NSTextView's.
