If you're using an HFS+ file system, then you can't, because CVS does not support reading and writing resource forks or Finder metadata. You might be able to do that, though, if you instead use a UFS file system (or SMB, NFS, or any other file system that does not support resource forks) because they save the resource fork & Finder metadata into a separate data file.
