Send files over network

I need to send files between my 2 Macs... They are both running Panther.
I have been using NetSocket before so I have some experience with that...

Is there som easy way to connect my computers using NetSocket and then send the files
thru that socket?
Or should I try to use NSStream? In that case, how do I make my recieving computer
listen to a port?
