The Apple docs for NSMenuItem show the following:

----------------------
separatorItem

+ (id <NSMenuItem>)separatorItem
Returns a menu item that is used to separate logical groups of menu commands. This menu item is disabled. The default separator item is blank space.
----------------------

Using this in a menu gives me a space in the menu, I'd like a line as is the default in IB, (default in IB but not in cocoa?) can anyone tell me how to get one?

Cheers

	Danny

NB. Google and maillist searches show this has been asked before but I didn't see a solution.
