Have you implemented a custom array controller and defined a custom

No. I set all the bindings exactly like the examples in RaiseMan in Hillegass 2nd edition.
What I did was get confused about how to store 3 tables in one document. I'm not sure at what point I broke the sorting and deleting, but I have backed up a step or two and removed what I added to implement the archiving and unarchiving.
Archiving should be completely independent of bindings.
Does each array have its own array controller?
Have you bound 'content' for the table view directly?
