how to modify help book

Hi,

The only way I can make changes to an installed help book is to create a new project. I don't know the mechanism of how the help book is integrated into the bundle but it seems that once it's installed it doesn't respond to changes. The help book is unchanged even when I remove the files from the project.

Does anyone know if there's a better way to get there?

Thanks.
