PDFKit/PDFOutline

I need to create bookmarks for a pdf document.
Are there any methods in PDFKit to create a PDFOutline and to add it to
a PDFDocument
as it is possible with PDFAnnotation and PDFPage (method addAnnotation)
?
Couldn't find anything in the documentation.
Without this functionality the class PDFOutline is not much worth.
