Unfortunately, I don't have the answer for you, but since no one has replied
yet I shall tell you that the answer is not obvious, at least to me. I want
the same behavior as you do, and have tried several tricks to try and get
it, but so far none of them have worked.
So, if anyone knows an answer you would have at least two people "much
appreciating".
