From what I remember at WWDC, or by reading the blog by Safari developer (Hyatt),
I believe that Tiger Mail is now HTML native editing. One sign of this is that Safari now can
send a full page full of HTML WYSIWYG to a destination. I doubt it could be rendered
that accurately with RTF.
