For the original poster, may I suggest using AppKido for your primary API reference?

http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/18903

I find it much more useful than accessing via Help in XCode since I can quickly command-tab to flip back and forth between coding window and docs.

It provides an easy to use method of discovering all methods that a class inherits.
