It would also be nice if apple added the page name somewhere on
this 'Document feedback' page instead of the overall document
name. I know its hidden but it would be nice to show the real
place where we are reading.
I'm not sure what you mean here? The page information is sent as
part of the feedback -- is there something else you'd like to see
in the feedback form itself?

If you choose one of the three items to give some feedback you will
see just above text of the feedback type e.g 'The document is good,
but...' the title of the complete document but not the title of the
page where I am. e.g if I am searching at the NSWindow page ( http://
developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Ref.../../NSWindow.html ) I
will see 'Application Kit Reference for Objective-C' and not
NSWindow. Like you said the page information is sent as part of the
feedback, but its hidden in the html code under 'docurl'. It should
be nice to see this value on the page itself. At least, It did
confuses me the first time, how the receiver would know where I was.
Just a minor remark.
