I know the guidelines say new documents should be named "untitled",
but I have never seen an application that actually does this.
Pages uses "untitled"
Adobe GoLive CS uses "untitled"
BBEdit Lite uses "untitled"
Carbonized apps from old classical apps by developers who knew what
they were doing use "untitled"
A lot of new apps use NSDocument, which is why so many apps are wrong.
Apple has known about this bug for some time now. Apple developers
said it would be fixed... but it hasn't yet, which is saddening for me.
But this is already off-topic and should be on HIT-Dev, really.
