It's really worse than that. Unless there were a good solid affirmative
reason for the change, then it was incorrect to introduce this
inconsistency. IOW, you don't even need a reason for "untitled" in order to
call this NSDocument behavior a bug, all you need is a lack of a reason for
"Untitled".
