Does anyone has any information on how to develop an iPhoto plugin for iPhoto books. All the iPhoto plugins (and source code) I've seen are plugins associated with photos (albums) and are invoked through iPhoto's Share | Export... menu (iPhoto 5). However, when selecting a iPhoto book, the Share | Export... menu is dimmed. Is there any formal publication on how to develop iPhoto plugins?
