Backup files or not

Hi,
I backup my boot disk with my small app and I get an error -48 when it
copies the files "/.journal" and "/.journal_info_block".
Should I really need to copy these files?

And, I have found that in case of wireless keyboard and mouse, after the
backup, I boot from the backup disk, and my machine doesn't recognize the
keyboard and mouse. Which files did I forget to copy?

And last, do I really need to copy the file "/.Spotlight-V100"?
I think no. It should be the system the one that has to update that file,
no? Thank you for any pointer to know more.

Best Regards
