PackageMaker
PackageMaker

Hi there, I'm currently experimenting with making an installer for my
app using PackageMaker. My app comes with a few scripts which I wish
to install by default at:
~/Library/Scripts/Applications/iTunes
However, I cannot seem to persuade the installer to pick this
location by default. Instead, it demands Admin permissions and then
creates a folder simply called:
~
This is created at the root of the drive. The actual script file is
then created in the folder
Library/Scripts/Applications/iTunes
inside of this. So, does anyone here have enough experience to get
this to work? I guess in an ideal world, the package would allow ask
the user if they wish to install the script files for everyone or
just the current user, but I suspect that that is too much to ask of
Apple's program.
Any help much appreciated,
Mike.
