Getting Sleep Events

  • Subject: Getting Sleep Events

I'm trying to catch when the machine goes to sleep. I am using the power manager events.

If I put the machine to sleep, I get the event.

However, if I wait for the machine to go to sleep (change energy saver to 1 min), I don't get an event.

Are different events being sent in this case? If so, does anyone know what they are?

I am testing this on an iMac G5 with 10.3.9.
