Hello,
I'd like to handle text clippings in my app. More specificaly I'd
like to be able to drop text clipping right on to the application
icon. I am able to do this with folders and regular files but not
the clippings. I know it must be possible somehow because Apple's
stickies as well as Quickeys and Skype are all able to do this. I
did search the list's archives but I could not find anything
useful. Does anyone know ?
I think you can accept those by implementing a service.. that
allows you to accept selections dragged directly from other
applications.
I'm doing this in one of my apps. I can only seem to get string
representations though (which is fine for text clippings.. not any
of the fancier web bookmark things from Safari
