*sigh*... ignore that last email for the moment. Turns out the headers are re-capitalised *anyway* before being put on the wire... gah. It seems NSConnectionHTTPURLProtocol's buildHTTPRequest method is re-capitalising them (or one of the methods it calls is). It seems there's a little bastard function called "_CFCapitalizeHeader" which is doing the damage... anyone know how I can override this function at runtime?
