Can someone tell me what the designated initializer for the NSSet
class is?
Isn't there a way to find out, by just creating a test app
creating a set and going through a backtrace? Shouldn't that tell
you which method is ultimately called? I guess I haven't really
tried, so I don't know if it will actually work.
Yes, but if someone had a link to some definitive documentation I'd
feel a lot more confident about releasing code that's based on my
tests.
Yes, I agree. The only definitive documentation in this case has to
be the NSSet documentation that apple has, and if they don't mention
it, it's a bug. So I would suggest filing it, and maybe in the mean-
time one of the apple engineers will chime in with the answer.
