Repair permissions maybe? If for some reason /usr/lib was set incorrectly... but then I'd imagine he wouldn't be able to launch much at all. Although I have to wonder: why would it need to be opening libgcc? Is that part of your program?

I have a shipping app and just received a message from a user who says the application will not launch. He was nice enough to include the crash log above (he is running 10.3.4). However, I'm not sure what to tell him. Of hundreds of copies, he is the only one reporting this. Any suggestions? (The name of the application has been changed to protect the innocent)
