Well it will decompress animated gifs into bitmap images a frame at a time.
It will compress frames of bitmaps into an animated gif file.
It handles transparency.
It will optimize a sequence such that it eliminates un-needed colors/pixels
and hence produces small/fast animations.
It knows about frame rates...
Its written in C++

I wrote a class for animated gifs in C++ a few years back.
I didn't do anything with it because at the time there were some
licensing issues
with Unisys. Think its of any use to anyone?

Hi Brian,

What features does it offer? What can you do with it?

Craig
