So are you telling me that it does not break the Terms and Conditions of the Developer Transition Kit to discuss issues here that you experience with running code on the test machines? As opposed to asking general questions. 
For example, clauses in that document that stipulate that you must not "publish or release the results of any benchmark tests run on the Developer Transition System"?

Just want to be sure!
