Wake from Sleep

I know this has been asked before and I've searched through all of the archives. How can I wake the computer from sleep at a particular date and time? The closest I've found to an answer is someone named Seth who mentions he has some code related - I emailed him - but no response.

If anyone has any info - that would be great! I've downloaded the Power Management SDK from Apple - but I didn't see anything helpful.
