So? It's probably just going to be up on the screen for a second or two - or do you plan to leave it there for a longer time to let your marketing messages sink in? ;-)


So what if they move it? Most of the time they most likely wouldn't be bothered. They're waiting for your app to launch.

If your user want to move the window, are you really sure it's such a good idea to go out of your way to try to prevent it?

I doubt that adding this "feature" is the best thing that you could do with your time. Time is always a limited resource for developers. We should try to spend it where it gives our users, and our employer, the most value.

But enough of the lecture...
