Does anyone  know of a tool that can take a bunch of web documents such as the Bindings documentation and link them together to form 1 aggregate document in PDF form?

htmldoc

the command line version is GPL. The GUI version requires a paid license. The link above is the source to the command line version which is installed by the usual:

./configure
make
sudo make install

Naturally you'll need to read the man page to understand how to use it.

I've used it to stitch together a number of html web books into single pdf files. Worst case you'll need another tool such as PDFJoiner or PDFLab to join the individual pdf files together when htmldoc is done.
