Proably the best way is to make an Automator action.

If you're willing to make Tiger a requirement for your app, that is.

A little too early for that, IMHO. Speaking in general, of course - if you're looking to automate something for your own use, or for the use of your cow-orkers in an office where everyone has already upgraded, go for it. :-)
