Is it possible to get the Finder to bring up an "Open With" dialog, from within Cocoa? (As if the user chose "File>Open With>Other" from the menu.)

Is it possible at all, even? Must I resort to AppleScript to acheive this? No problem if I must, just wondering if it is possible to do within Cocoa.
