Notification when document successfully saved

  • Subject: Notification when document successfully saved

Perhaps someone has found an acceptable solution to being notified upon the
successful saving of a document (in such a way that the name, path, etc. can
be reliably determined). I've seen proposals to:

a) override NSDocument:updateChangeCount: looking for NSChangeCleared or
something similar.

b) override NSDocument:fileName

c) override NSDocument:writeToFile:ofType:originalFile:saveOperation:

etc. etc.

Is there a suitable technique to getting such a notification?

John
