Lest we forget: Universal Access API. Anything you can do using
Universal Access is a 'safe' and 'supported' thing. Any 'surprises'
an app may experience with things you do here are the app's fault.
Just remember that some of the most basic functions supported by
Universal Access is window positioning / state.
