Yes its downloading the .exe file in the local system from the web
server and then start installation and activate it.

So, what you're trying to do is to create a Mac OS X application that
can:
* Automate the download of an installer archive from your web
server, and
* After download trigger the archive to be installed?
Right or wrong? I'm still not sure that I get it...
