Oh, and I forgot to say that you can work around this problem by adding a "Headers" build phase to your application target. If there is a "Headers" build phase in the app target, new headers are added to this build phase, and not to the "Resources" build phase. They are also correctly marked as "Project" headers, and not copied over to the build product.
