Newbie: setting a delegate to NSWindow

Thanks to all who replied. Agent M was first in the door with the
solution that nailed it for me: I just had to connect the
AppController to the Window instance in the docs panel of IB. Bing, it
worked!

Derek, you were on the money, but it was okay to have the init method
in there because it overrides the super init method -- at least,
that's what I learned in Hillegas. :-)
