How do you remove specific characters from a NSString?

- Date: Sat, 12 Mar 2005 09:04:49 -0800
Scenario:
Input: @"This is a quoted word: "Hello"." The Result: @"This is a
quoted word: Hello."
Question: How can I remove the double-quotes around 'Hello'? (or
any specific character for that matter).
