Database field editors

Hi,
I suspect that the correct answer to this question is "file a feature request on radar" but I wanted to make sure before doing so. I'm wanting to steal the interface from Address Book - basically I want what I'm going to completely incorrectly call NSDatabaseFields - the little controls that allow you to type in your phone number, or pop up a menu of things to do with said phone number etc.
Is there a cocoa widget for this, or is it custom control/bug report time?

Many Thanks

Bob
